executive M.a. Program in Jewish education
If you are currently working as an educator
with a minimum of five years of experience in
a leadership position and are looking to expand
your professional learning while remaining in
your own community, this program will give
you the skills, knowledge, and strategies to
transform Jewish education where you are.
Our 24-month Executive M.A. program offers
face-to-face learning, online courses, intensive
seminars in Jerusalem and on our stateside cam-
puses, and mentorship by veterans in the field.

DeLet – Day school teachers
for a New Generation
Do you appreciate the day school environment
and think you could enrich that experience?
Do you wish you had the skills to apply your
knowledge of Judaism, literature, or science
in a setting that will have an impact?
If you love working with children from kinder-
garten through eighth grade, your experience
as a DeLeT Fellow will help you define your
future professional direction.
You will spend one year in a mentored internship
teaching in a Jewish day school in Los Angeles,
San Diego, or the San Francisco Bay Area while
you participate on-site or by video-conference
in weekly seminars taught by scholars and
practitioners in the growing field of day school
education. Not only will you receive a full-tuition
scholarship and a generous stipend, but you will
emerge with the California Preliminary Multiple
Subject Teaching Credential and a certificate in
Day School Teaching from HUC-JIR.
