Rob Weinberg examines the ECE’s approach to re-thinking the visioning process. He defines “vision” and identifies how it can be used to focus on the desired goals and experiences of Jewish education. The assembly of a Task Force, which will reflect upon and address each congregation’s unique challenges and opportunities, allows members to be engaged in the creation of a vision of Jewish education that encompasses and enhances the entire educational experience. Examples of task force practices are provided.
