This exercise from the Re-Imagine Guidebook’s sixth chapter, Moving Forward, explains how small groups will discuss and recommend possible first bold steps. Discussion guides are included to facilitate the small group discussion. Small groups are encouraged to compare the proposals’ key features. If there is not a clear consensus among the groups, the Task Force is encouraged to use “The Six Levels of Consensus,” (also included in this document). The six levels help clarify the opinions of the participants in order to move forward with a decision.
