This document describes how a congregation can measure its success as it goes through the process of re-imagining its education. The handout lays out the desired outcomes in eight areas: vision, goals, infrastructure, structure, curriculum, teaching, leadership, and culture. For each area, there is a table with the continuum of success, from the most desirable and effective practices to the least. Using these charts, a congregation can gauge progress and identify ways it is supporting practices that will achieve their vision as well as additional actions that can be taken in the future.
