The following presentation is about the Reconstructionist Synagogue of the North Shore (RSNS). It provides background information about the congregation, and then delves into the result of the congregation’s experience with the Re-Imagine Project. The task force results are outlined; the vision statement is provided; the goals of the congregation are outlined; advisory committee responsibilities are identified; and pilot projects are listed and then explored in more detail, explaining: of what the programs consist; who is involved; and what the objectives are. This may be used as a sample on how to demonstrate the results and next steps of the change process.
