The model focuses on building a learning community for BJ children and their families. The summary includes an outline of the congregation’s vision, mission, and six guiding principles. It also contains a description of the model, including what it is and the main structure and components. The congregation reflects on what it learned from this model, and also explains the governance structure chosen to move the initiative forward.
