Two case studies follow that invite you, as an educational consultant, to pose questions and apply educational strategies that can help schools enact their visions. Begin a role play with an original “cast” of volunteers. Invite others to “tap in” when they want to participate. The first case study presents a situation in which the educational consultant wants to broaden and deepen the reach of the educational planning team. The second case study is a scenario in which the classroom teacher asks for help from the consultant in achieving the goals of the school’s vision.
