Thirteen mini-case studies meant for a roundtable discussion are provided. The cases are categorized into three areas for managing the RE-IMAGINE Project: 1) in the Leadership Team; 2) in the Task Force; and 3) in the congregation. The categories include challenges reported by some RE-IMAGINE Project participants, such as keeping the leadership teams focused; responding to different learning styles; and elevating the work of the Task Force within the culture of the congregation. The participants are asked to choose one mini-case study to discuss with a group.
