This sheet from Express Innovation in which innovators are taught how to analyze and access relational ties in the congregation in order to accelerate envisioned changes. Four points are explored:
- Identify your “connectors”—who is the model’s target population? How are the socially connected? Which specific people can help you trigger interest and involvement in your model?
- Designing Connecting Conversations—build relationships by sharing personal stories, discovering commonalities and differences. Tips for the conversation are included.
- At the Conversation—what should be included? How should facilitators act and convey?
- After the Conversation—reflect on the conversation for a few days, and decide how to incorporate what you heard into your model. Be sure to follow-up with the participants.
