Implementing the Reflection Booster

This handout was created by Express Innovation, offered by the Jewish Education Project in
partnership with the Experiment in Congregational Education and the Leadership institute and designed to propel congregations forward in their practice of engaging children and their families in meaningful Jewish learning.  It explains why reflection during the innovation process is important and suggests two times that are especially useful to take time to reflect: at the end of a team meeting and following a planned learning experience. The handout includes suggested questions to ask and tips for gathering participants’ reflections.
