Innovative congregations, like innovative organizations, do not necessarily have significant resources or charismatic leaders. But there are other things going on that allow them to innovate. This handout invites a small group to brainstorm a list of questions to ask about the innovative congregation in order to find out what else was going on. The three questions are: What do innovative congregations know? do? believe or value?
