This text study links traditional Jewish sources and writers on organizational change to encourage participants to reflect on the nature of change in the congregation and why it is necessary.
Traditional texts used include Talmud Berachot 64a and Psalm 118:20. In addition, the text study includes excerpts from “Organizational Culture and Leadership” by Edgar Schein and “Leadership Is an Art” by Max DePree.
