This document contains principles and practices generated by Think Tank participants as they worked together to understand best ways to support educational innovation aligned to a congregation’s educational vision. Principles and Practices fell in to six categories: Striving for Alignment and Coherence; Developing Collaboration in a Community of Learners & Innovators; Employing Experiential Learning and Reflection; Developing a Culture of Experimentation; Applying an Adaptation Continuum; and Managing Transitions and Change.
