This is a role-play exercise in which participants must act out a situation in which one person is the caller, and one person is a consultant. The exercise is a simulation of a phone call in which the caller is unsatisfied with the Uncovering and Challenging Assumptions Exercise. The exercise is meant to be repeated several times, in order to test out alternative responses.
