This exercise from the Re-Imagine Guidebook’s fifth chapter, Looking Forward, helps identify the threads of ideas for innovation that have run through the Task Force’s discussions and reflections during the Re-Imagine journey. The activity can be helpful with the full Task Force or with only half. Participants will identify and categorize the ideas that have been generated from the work they have completed. These categories will then by used to draft a vision. Instructions for facilitation are included.
