Nine mini-case studies meant for a roundtable discussion are provided. The cases are categorized into three areas where professional teams exercise collaborative leadership: 1) between professionals and lay leaders; 2) among professionals; and 3) with the larger congregation. The group is asked to choose one mini-case study to discuss with the group.
