When and how should the congregation become engaged in the Re-Imagine Project? Key factors regarding communication and change include: communicating early and often; engaging with congregation, rather than telling them what’s happening; addressing typical situations, such as explaining the Re-Imagine Project, and providing updates. Ideas from previous Re-Imagine congregations are listed, and the handout includes three tasks for the reader that will prepare them to communicate more effectively with the congregation.
