This document describes why it is so important to engage teachers in the RE-IMAGINE process and how to create an action plan for doing so. The goals for engaging teachers are to 1) Understand the purpose and process of The RE-IMAGINE Project; 2) Imagine and contribute to the new vision and an alternative model of education; and 3) Innovate by testing out low hanging fruit and learning that is consistent with the congregation’s new model of education.
