The first diagram describes how the vision and goals of an educational model are the nucleus around which all the other parts of the system (structure, curriculum, leadership, infrastructure, teaching, and culture) should be aligned. The second diagram is meant to help the task force think about what steps need to be taken in order to bring each part of the system into alignment with the vision/goals.
