This document from Express Innovation provides encouragement and ideas for maintaining engaged members, and reaching out to those who have been less involved. There are multiple opportunities to promote new models of learning to a larger pool of people and provide mini-learning experiences that reflect one’s goals and expose more members to the kinds of interactions learners have with each other.
