FOCUS: Teacher Recruitment Guidebook

Focus: Teacher Recruitment aims to help religious schools be more successful in finding the teachers who will support their school’s primary goals. In this guidebook, detailed meeting plans guide small teams of professional and lay leaders through a four-meeting process to examine their schools’ goals and needs, learn about existing synagogue-based and communal-based recruitment strategies from across the country, and consider the “fit” with their school’s goals of actual teachers profiled in project materials.
