This document is a study of Exodus 18:13-22, which describes Yitro’s advice to Moses to share the responsibility of adjudication with the elders rather than judge all of the cases himself. The questions for discussion invite participants of the RE-IMAGINE leadership team to reflect on different styles of leadership, including collaborative leadership.
