Two Parallel Learning Models, Hollis Hills Jewish Center

This is a description of a model from the Hollis Hills Jewish Center. The model has two parallel learning tracks: intergenerational and adult. The respective goals of the models are to create time for learning as well as to develop time for socialization and community building, and to create a more interactive learning experience for children. The description includes the congregation’s vision statement, an overview of the model, a timeline of first steps, funding and governance, and goals and early outcomes.
