Perceptions Create Reality: Consequences for Synagogue Transformation Work

This text study uses the story in Numbers of the twelve scouts sent by Moses to investigate the land of Israel. The text explores how differing perceptions of a given situation have important consequences. The text study includes several sets of study questions, and provides access to rabbinic commentaries on the key text.  This text study may be used to explore how a task force can accept and make use of differing opinions without allowing disagreements to derail the process of innovation.
