This is a survey following a Re-Imagine Project Chair Roundtable discussion in February, 2008. It consists of a table with four areas for reflection: (1) what I added to the conversation today; (2) what I have added to my thinking/practice as a result of the conversation today; (3) questions I still have today; and (4) what part of the day was most/least helpful. This could be used or adapted for Task Force meetings.
