This is the second of two surveys by Express Innovation about new educational models. The survey asks congregational leaders for demographic information; for information about five households participating in the new model (these are the same households discussed in the Fall 2011 survey); about the participant’s perceptions of the connections of families in the congregation, with the synagogue and with each other; and about congregational practices. The last section asks that the participant reflect on their experience with Express Innovation and on their planning for next year.
